I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of town and close to everything. It was just a short walk to the shops and a quick trip to the beach. The hotel itself was great, with a lovely garden area and beautiful pools. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. I especially loved the air conditioning and the in-room safe. The staff at the hotel were amazing, always friendly and helpful. The customer service, especially from Jarvia and Janine in the restaurant, was top-notch. I had a fantastic experience here!
I would definitely recommend this hotel to any family looking for a great place to stay. It has everything you need and more, and the staff go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to the PortAventura theme park and just a short walk to the beach. Javier in the restaurant provided exceptional service and made us feel welcome. The rooms were modern and spotless, with comfortable beds and great views from the balcony.
The Wi-Fi connection in the hotel was unreliable and weak, making it difficult to stay connected and stream media.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to some amazing bars and shops. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices, and the on-site restaurant served delicious meals. The staff at the front of house were great, providing excellent service in the dining area. The adult-only spa was a highlight, offering a relaxing experience for a small fee. The pools were also great, perfect for a refreshing swim, and the balcony with table and chairs provided a lovely place to relax. The hotel also offered entertainment for both children and adults, including a fantastic Halloween night.
